After I read over Mr. Yiu Chi-biu’s article entitled “A Scientist’s Report on Research of Buddhist Scriptures”, I was wrapped up with joy and admiration to find that in order to satisfy his inquisitive mind and to learn more knowledge, Mr. Yiu, a scientific worker, made a study of Buddhism by scientific approach. Written in the spirit of humility and impartiality, his Report was based on facts, truths and scientific principles. Indeed, it is a novel remarkable Buddhist writing.
